GENERAL FRONT OF HOUSE ASSISTANT, PART TIME

Our uniformed Front of House assistants are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at all times. As a Front of House assistant you will be trained in all areas of general service including screen attendance, ticket sales, refreshment sales, bar sales and auditoria cleaning. Excellent Customer Service skills are essential. A love of movies will also help your application!

You will need to be flexible as to your work pattern… weekend, bank holiday and late night work are part of the job. You’ll need to be legally entitled to work in the UK. Ideally we're looking for people who have left school, to ensure maximum flexibility in what can be a varied and dynamic shift structure... but don't let this put you off. If you're still at school or college we'd love to still hear from you.

• Applicants for this position must be aged 16 or over. If you're 16 or 17, you'll need your parents permission due to film certification requirements.

• Approx 20-25 hours per week, but more hours may be possible occasionally. Shifts can include evenings, weekends and school holidays. Applicants must be prepared to work weekend shifts.

• Rates of pay follow National Minimum Wage & Living Wage rates

Expected start date: as soon as possible.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent.

Salary: £6.40 - £11.44 per hour depending on age
