There are now 3 ways to book tickets in advance:

In Person. Available at the box office during opening hours, this does not incur a booking fee and is available to those who prefer to pay by cash or wish to use promotional vouchers. For performances where seats are being allocated, your choice of seat is available by booking in person.

By Phone. To  book using our 24 hour automated system please call 0871 230 3200. If you need to change a booking or speak to a member of staff the cinemas direct number is given in the opening part of the 0871 message. We regret that staff cannot take bookings on this number. 0871 calls cost no more than 10p/minute peak rate from a BT landline. Calls from mobile operators will vary. The booking fee by this method has a minimum charge of £1.00 for one or two tickets, and 50p/ticket after that up to a maximum of £3.50. The booking fee for Family Group Tickets is £1.50. A credit or debit card is required and promotional vouchers cannot be used. Where seats are being allocated for a performance, this system will choose the best ones available on your behalf.

Online. A credit or debit card is required, and vouchers cannot be used on our web service. A charge of 75 pence per ticket booking fee is applied, to a maximum of £3.75. The booking fee for Family Group Tickets is £1.50. Where seats are being allocated this method allows you to choose where you would like to sit.
